This class is designed to support mothers-to-be on their pregnancy journey. Join Sari as you move through a 30-minute prenatal practice suited to provide strength and stability in the hips. Blocks and props are optional.
The intention of this practice is to enhance circulation in the body, especially in the ankles, feet, and hands. This class is accessible for all levels.
This class will focus on finding some strength and building up heat. Danielle will guide you through deep stretches for the lower body to relieve the strain and pressure that often occurs during pregnancy. Props such as bolsters and blocks are recommended but remain optional.
Treat yourself to a good night's sleep with this 30 minute prenatal/postnatal practice. Sari will guide you through a series of yoga and breathing exercises made for new mothers and mothers-to-be.
