A vigorous Vinyasa practice based on the intelligence of alignment of postures and following the rhythm of breath. This energizing slow flow will alternately take you trough a variety of backbends and side body stretches. There are a wide range of subtle relationships between the front body and the back body as well as hips and shoulders to explore in this class. Be prepared to explore a few balancing postures and to dabble into the realm of mild breath work (pranayama).
Take these 55 minutes to have fun in your practice. Modo Freestyle is a fun and challenging vinyasa flow. Classes are creatively sequenced by the teacher and each class provides a unique experience. Students may be introduced to more advanced postures, but this class remains accessible to all.
