The Power Flow class is an energetic and challenging sequence, moving from posture to posture with breath awareness. More challenging variations will be offered to help you advance your practice. We encourage you to have fun and to always listen to your own body. Suitable for students who are comfortable with the Modo Flow sequence.
A Slow Flow class is intended to move your entire body in a way that is sustainable and builds up a deep foundation of breath and inner strength. Join Jessica for the next half hour as she guides you through this creatively sequenced class.
If you're looking to step outside of your comfort zone, this class is creatively sequenced to create a body-based flow experience. Students may be introduced to more advanced postures, but this class remains accessible to all.
Yang/Yin allows you to combine the benefits of getting your body moving and active, before slowing right down to some deep stretching and relaxation. This class is suitable for all levels.
