The Power Flow class is an energetic and challenging sequence, moving from posture to posture with breath awareness. More challenging variations will be offered to help you advance your practice. We encourage you to have fun and to always listen to your own body. Suitable for students who are comfortable with the Modo Flow sequence. Blocks and straps are recommended.
The Modo Flow sequence is an invigorating practice meant to raise the heart rate in ways that are both challenging and sustainable. The postures are linked with breath and downward-upward dog flow sequences. These classes are accessible to all levels.
Modo + Yin begins with the strength training of the Modo standing sequence, followed by a yin floor sequence. Modifications are available for both beginners and experienced students.
