In this Modo Freestyle class, Renee guides you through a slow flow practice, giving you lots of time to feel the transitions and to let the poses land in your body. Modo Freestyle is a fun and challenging vinyasa flow. Classes are creatively sequenced by the teacher and each class provides a unique experience. Students may be introduced to more advanced postures, but this class remains accessible to all.
Give yourself an uninterrupted hour to strengthen your body and clear your mind. The Modo sequence is built to be accessible to all levels, but still provides the challenge needed to help strengthen your body.
Modo + Yin begins with the strength training of the Modo standing sequence, followed by a Yin floor sequence. Modifications are available for both beginners and experienced students.
The Modo Flow sequence is an invigorating practice meant to raise the heart rate in ways that are both challenging and sustainable. The postures are linked with breath and downward-upward dog flow sequences. These classes are accessible to all levels.
